With your appointment being specifically reserved for you, it is kindly asked that a 24hr notice is communicated if the need to cancel/reschedule your appointment occurs. No shows or those cancelling less than the 24hr timeframe of any appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
While it is always our goal to give you our best efforts, Införa Hair Studio does not offer refunds. The time, energy, and products used can never be returned to our team, therefore we offer complimentary adjustments within a weeks time from initial service, within reason. No refunds on appointments retainers. We appreciate your understanding.
